End User Agreement

This End-User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Visamic software and online service provided by Steema Software SL. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

    Important: This agreement is legally binding. Please read it carefully before using our services.

  2. User Responsibilities

    Account Security

    You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    Acceptable Use

    You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

    Data Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for the data you upload, process, or store using our platform. Ensure you have appropriate rights and permissions for all data.

  3. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may affect service availability.

  4. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of Steema Software SL and its licensors.

    • You retain ownership of your data and content
    • We retain all rights to our software and platform
    • Third-party components may have separate licenses

  5. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steema Software SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

  6. Termination

    Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued.

    Data Retention: We will retain your data for 30 days after termination for recovery purposes.
